Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

The terms and conditions for the use of the services, the basic rights and obligations of the parties between E-EXIT Bt.

2. Subject of the contract

Based on these GTC, the Service Provider provides the following services to its customers against payment of a specified fee

- escaperoom.hu: the Service Provider provides participation in the E-exit Escape Game, in the framework of which the Customer can purchase gift vouchers entitling to the game electronically. The product can be used for the period indicated on the gift voucher and cannot be redeemed.

3. General information and conditions

The Service Provider draws the Customer's attention to the fact that by using the Services: 3.1 The Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider and considers it binding on itself.

3.2 The Customer agrees that in case of issuing an invoice for the payment of the fee, the natural person must provide the Service Provider with his name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

3.3 How to order the service via the escaperoom.hu webshop, exclusively electronically.

4. Responsibility and Confidentiality

4.1 The Service Provider declares that the information available to it at the time of data collection comes from legal sources

4.2 For the purposes of these GTC, all events that the parties cannot influence with their activities and affect the performance of the contract shall be considered Force Majeure (eg natural disaster, fire, power outage, lack of internet service, lack of IRM data provision, etc.).

4.3 If the Customer provides incorrect data, such as e-mail address, billing, mailing or delivery address, telephone number, the Service Provider shall not be liable in any way for incorrect performance resulting from the incorrect data.

5. Ordering and delivery

5.1. E-mail The Service Provider forwards the electronic and authentic document paid by the Customer to the Customer by e-mail.

5.2 Delivery by courier The Service Provider will hand over the products ordered by the Customer (eg T-shirts) to the MPL (Magyar Posta Logisztika) parcel delivery service provider within one week. We will not be liable for damages resulting from Magyar Posta's delivery error. Event tickets and season tickets are only delivered electronically.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment by bank transfer, credit card payment The Service Provider issues a transfer invoice to the Customer for the value of the order. Payment is always made in advance, the Service Provider can only provide the requested products after the invoice has been paid. The account shall be deemed to have been settled upon receipt of the money at the service provider's bank account. Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details will not be sent to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. Is an institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013. 6.2 In the event of late payment, the Customer is obliged to pay twice the central bank base rate as default interest. The Customer acknowledges that if the payment obligation is not fulfilled within the additional period, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend the service, to enforce the claim through litigation, or to initiate liquidation proceedings.

7. Other provisions

7.1 In matters not regulated in these GTC, Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of the Civil Code, Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services. Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Disclosure of Data of Public Interest. Tv., Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. The provisions of the Act and other relevant legislation shall apply.
